Text messaging terms
This page explains how Yinzer Pump & Motor Works uses text messages (SMS) and how you agree to receive them. Carriers and messaging providers ask us to publish it; it is also our promise to you.
What we text about
Service-related messages only, for customers who booked work with us: appointment confirmations and reminders, a heads-up when your technician is on the way, a note when the work is finished, and payment receipts. We do not send marketing texts and we never sell or share your number.
How you opt in
You agree to receive these texts when you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our service request form, or when you tell our office by phone or in person that texts are fine. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can always ask us to call or email instead.

Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service activity: typically a few texts around each visit. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP or call 412-555-YPMW or email [email protected] for assistance.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send the messages described above and to reply to you. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
